Because our design avoids large thermal gradient between the cooled process drum and the hot film surface, and reduces the radiant heat, most intractable problems like light line, wrinkle, spatter and micro-cracking are solved.
Short Waiting Time: Inverter Frequency Control and the short pump tube in the Vacuum System minimizes the time spent in pumping; There is no edge shields to adjust and clean, as well as no drum to clean, these advantages increase the productive time dramatically.
